This 6-day training course is aimed at the coach who wants to develop his skills in the field of professional life coaching. The ambition of this cycle is to offer a triple result:
Develop skills in career coaching (work method and tools)
Set up a personal career plan for the coach (by being a client yourself throughout the learning process)
Develop your coaching skills (by being your partner’s coach during these six days and by receiving comments on your coaching from the trainers)
The training leaves plenty of room for experimentation and exercises in which you are involved as a client and as a coach. Experience and basic coaching training are therefore essential to make the most of this training.
